- Update your company profile as soon as possible, so visitors can explore all of the participating companies in advance.
- Please check the display name well in advance to ensure it is included in the printed fair guide. The display name is the name under which your company will appear on the event website.
- If you have ordered or your stand includes graphic products, please remember to send the necessary materials to aineisto.paketit@expotec.fi no later than 6.10.2025. For changes made after this, we will charge according to the normal price list. Material instructions >>

Exhibitors most important tool! Through the eShop, you can handle orders and all other tasks related to fair participation easily and quickly.
Registration path:
- Go to https://eshop.expomark.fi/en-US/registration
- Fill in the requested information on the form.
- After registration, you will receive a message in your email. Confirm the user account by clicking the confirmation link in the message. Your account will be activated.
- Once you have confirmed the user account, you can log in from the home page https://eshop.expomark.fi/en-US
After logging in to the service, you can see participations in upcoming events on the front page. Choose to participate and you get to take care of the fair preparations.
NOTE! In the beginning only the contact person has the permission to see the participation. You can share the access rights from Share access rights.

Marketing and communication
Tell the visitors what’s happening at your stand – update the information from stand program
Visitors look for information about the fair’s offerings and what is happening at the stands in advance. The program can include product demonstrations, presentations, tutorials, musical performances, challenges, competitions, etc.
Register your program in the eShop under the Program section, and it will be published on the event’s website, giving you free visibility for your program.
All exhibitors participating in the event are published on the event’s website.
The name of your company that appears on the list will be the one you provided to the sales manager when confirming your participation in the event. If you want to change your visibility name, you can easily do so through the eShop under Market your participation. Instructions for updating your profile >>
In addition to the visibility name, you can easily upload your company logo, a link to your company’s website, and other information you want to share with event visitors (videos/images) to the list. Please complete all the necessary information about your company as soon as possible, so visitors can explore all of the participating companies in advance. The information can be easily updated through the eShop under Market your participation. NOTE! There might be few hour delay when updating the profile.
Please note that the visibility name must be updated well in advance, to ensure it is included in the printed fair info and guidance.
Utilize logos and banners in your own marketing channels!
Don’t forget to tell about your participation and the products and services on display at the fair in your own marketing and communication channels, such as social media. You can use event logos, banners and images to market your event participation.
eInvitation for Professionals
eInvitation allows you to send an invitation to hundreds of customers at once – easily, ecologically, and free of charge. You can include your own greeting and company images in the digital invitation. eInvitation guides your customers to register as event attendees free of charge.
eTicket
eTicket is a quick and easy way to send an event ticket as a gift to your customer. You can send the eTicket directly to your customer’s mobile phone or email. You only pay for the eTickets used. Tickets are valid for one day.
Participation includes tickets based on your stand size:
- 4–10 m²: 20 tickets
- 11–21 m²: 40 tickets
- 22–39 m²: 70 tickets
- 40 m² and larger: 100 tickets
You can also send additional tickets to your customers. Additional tickets are charged at €3 per ticket. You will only be billed for tickets that are used.
Remember to actively contact journalists and influencers and invite them to your stand. Publish press releases through the eShop under Market your participation. You can recognize journalists and other media representatives at the fair by their MEDIA passes.

- Download the Events PRO app from either Google Play or the App Store (official name: EventsPRO Messukeskus & Expomark).
- Log in to the Events PRO platform – 6 weeks before the event begins.
Access is granted via a personal login code sent to the exhibitor’s and visitor’s email. The message is sent to the event contact persons as well as to those who have ordered an exhibitor pass.
- Activate the matchmaking feature
Complete your profile by adding your interests and goals. Reach the right visitors – Events PRO, powered by Brella AI Matchmaking, helps you connect with participants who are genuinely interested in your services or products.
- Explore potential customers in advance and schedule meetings
Review suggested contacts and send meeting requests. Meetings can take place at your stand or at the Meeting Point.

- Efficient lead collection – use the QR code scanning feature to easily save and report contact details.
Lead collection is available through the mobile app (downloaded from Google Play / App Store). After the event, all collected contact details are available in Events PRO app or in the Events PRO company portal, making follow-up marketing smooth and effective. Events PRO also works via a web browser, but scanning QR codes at your stand is not supported in the browser version.

Stand construction
You can order stand design through our construction partner Expotec or choose a ready-made package stand with either white or black walls. The package stand include the structures, lighting, carpet, and cleaning for the entire duration of the fair.
If you have ordered or your stand includes graphic products, such as a fascia bard logo or text, please remember to send the necessary materials to aineisto.paketit@expotec.fi at latest 6.10.2025.

Our pricing is based on price periods. The earlier you place your orders, the cheaper you will get the products and services you need at your stand, and you will ensure the availability of the products. Suspensions are possible in the halls A and E with specific limitations on the sides and corners. The permitted maximum weight in both halls is 200 kg per suspension point. 0-50 kg suspension point is for lighter suspensions. Suspension points over 200 kg are reviewed case-by-case.

You can conveniently send passes to the e-mail or mobile phone of your fair team members via the eShop under Send passes.
The recipient of the pass can print it in advance via the link in the e-mail, or you can also print it at the entrances or at the Exhibition office. You can create as many passes as you need.
The exhibitor’s pass is for the staff of your booth during the fair. The pass is personal and valid during construction, event and dismantling times of the fair. The pass must be displayed during the event. The builder’s pass is valid during the fair’s construction and dismantling times. Passes are free of charge.

At the event
There is plenty of parking space available at the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre. Accessible parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are located near the entrances. Free parking for exhibitors in any parking area. You can find a printable parking permit on the front page of the eShop workspace.
NOTE! Please print the permit in advance, as parking control is in effect in the area and vehicles without a valid permit will be fined.
During constructing and dismantling periods, parking control is not enforced.
The free Exhibition Bus, available to everyone, operates between Tampere Railway Station and the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre throughout the day.
During the construction and opening hours of the event, the Exhibition office is helping exhibitors and builders, e.g. for stand orders. The Exhibition office is located in the main lobby.

RESTAURANT VOUCHERS FOR EXHIBITORS
Order restaurant vouchers in advance to make event arrangements easier. The restaurant voucher ordering portal is now open.
Payment method: Invoice
Exhibitors can order restaurant vouchers and stand catering on invoice by applying for customer status with Finnresta.
Customer applications must be submitted by 29 October 2025. We will start processing applications from 6 October onwards in the order they are received.
FINNRESTA CUSTOMER APPLICATION
After your application has been processed, customer credentials and registration instructions for the online store will be sent to the contact person’s email.
Finland Restaurants Oy will check and assess the creditworthiness of companies and associations that have filled out the customer application before approving customer status. The processing time for applications is 2–7 business days.
Customer applications must be submitted by 29 October 2025.
Please note that new customer applications cannot be processed during the event.
Voucher products purchased on invoice will be billed after the event according to the number of vouchers used. An automatic invoicing fee of €20.00 will be added to the final invoice amount.
Payment method: Card payment
Restaurant vouchers can also be purchased in advance from the online store by card payment, in which case registration is not required. The total amount of the order will be charged immediately. Ordered vouchers will be delivered as specified in the order, and they are non-refundable. Unused vouchers or products will not be credited.

STAND CATERING
Do you need coffee or refreshments at your stand? You can order snacks and various drinks for your staff or catering for your trade fair guests from us. Pre-ordered products will be delivered directly to your stand. Orders by 27 October using the form:
The exhibitors’ break room is open according to the event’s opening hours. The exhibitors’ lounge is located on the second floor of Hall A, next to the exhibitors’ restaurant Kastrup.
Do not leave valuables on display when the fair day ends. Take care of insurance and think about whether you need additional equipment, for example display cases, locks or safety cables for computers or monitors.
Each exhibitor is obliged to take care of insuring his own goods.

The Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre offers access to two wireless networks: the public “Messu” network and the City of Tampere’s “Seutu Wireless” network.
These are open networks available to all visitors, and their speed and reliability may vary significantly.
If your stand’s operations rely heavily on a stable internet connection, we recommend ordering a stand-specific internet connection. This dedicated connection is reserved exclusively for your stand, making it more reliable than the open public networks.

NOTE! The environmental fee is included in the Expostart and it covers part of the waste management and sorting costs. You may leave small waste items and the carpet used on your stand. However, you are not allowed to leave behind any personal stand or wall structures, or decorations such as balloons or banners.
After the dismantling period of the event has ended, the stand area must be clean and empty. Please make sure to take with you any large waste requiring sorting and all stand structures.
