Book your stand
Choose a ready-made stand, rent just the exhibition space and build your stand yourself, or take advantage of our design and construction services.
Prices are for the 2025 event.
Exhibition participation starts with Expostart (including a 16A 230V 3.6 kW power socket and electricity consumption, visibility and environmental fee), priced at 425€.

In addition, you need structures, furniture and – depending on your needs – cleaning, technical and other additional services for your stand. Ask us more!
VAT 25,5% is added to all prices.
Would you like to participate in a shared stand? Multiple companies can be on the same stand space. In this case, sub-exhibitors will pay 290€ per company + VAT. All will receive the same visibility as the main exhibitor at the event. No sub-exhibitor fees will be charged for companies from the same group.
Convenient package solutions are also available. The package stand includes the necessary structures, carpet, walls, nameboard with printing, electricity and lighting, as well as cleaning. Ready-made furniture options are also available as part of the package.
A limited number of cost-effective 4m² and 9m² packages are available, offering eye-catching and compact exhibition spaces.
Additional visibility before and during the event
Enhance your trade show participation with additional visibility. Options include, for example:
- Banner placements on the event website and in newsletters before the event.
- On-site, you can take advantage of floor stickers, restroom advertisements, distribution points in the lobbies, and more.

Arrange your own function during the trade show
The industry’s premier event is the perfect place to host your own gathering, as guests can also visit the trade show. You can organize client meetings, conferences, larger events, or seminars alongside the Apuväline – Assistive Technology event.
