Assistive Technology Event 2027

The Assistive Technology Event is Finland’s largest event dedicated to assistive technology, rehabilitation and accessibility, and one of the most comprehensive industry events in the Nordic countries. The event brings together professionals from the assistive technology, rehabilitation, healthcare and social services sectors, as well as assistive technology users and their families. The event has been organized every other autumn for nearly 40 years in collaboration with the leading organizations in the field.

The co-exhibitor fee is charged to other companies/organizations present at the stand. The fee entitles them to the same visibility and exhibition services as the main exhibitor. The fee does not apply to principals or companies within the same group.
In addition, you will need stand structures and furniture, as well as cleaning, technical services and other additional services according to your needs. We also offer ready-made stand packages.

Terms of participation
The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of Expomark Oy
- Expo start €425 (incl. one 16A 230V 3.6kW electrical socket and electricity consumption, Visibility and Environmental Fee) will be charged to each main exhibitor.
- Participation fees will be invoiced before the exhibition, with a due date of 30 September 2025.
- Stands must have 2.5-metre-high partition walls defining the stand area. Structures and decorations exceeding the standard height must be positioned at least one metre away from the neighbouring stand. An additional Visibility Fee of €500 will be charged for structures and decorations exceeding the standard height.
- Other companies participating at the stand will be charged a Visibility and Environmental Fee of €290. The exhibitor who has booked the stand is responsible for the participation fees of all co-exhibitors.
- An invoicing fee of €25 + VAT per invoice will be charged if the company’s contact details are changed or if the stand rental invoice for a joint stand is divided between several companies.
- All prices are subject to the applicable VAT.
- Please place your orders well in advance, as prices will increase 40 days before the event.
Please note the following regarding activities at your stand:
- All presentations, activities and other program taking place at the stand must remain within the stand area.
- The maximum permitted sound level at the stand is 75 dB.
- To ensure visitor safety, all activities at the stand, such as throwing objects, must be organised in a way that does not cause injury or pose a risk to anyone.
